When you use PROTAKEOFF, we collect:
- Contact information: Name, email address
- Project information: Property address, blueprint files (PDF)
- Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To generate your construction takeoff report
- To deliver your report via your private secure link
- To send you email notifications about your report status
- To process your payment through Stripe
3. BLUEPRINT FILES
Your uploaded blueprint files are used solely to generate your takeoff report. We do not share, sell, or distribute your blueprints to any third party. Blueprint files may be retained to support your report and for quality assurance.
4. REPORT ACCESS
Your takeoff report is accessible only via a unique private link. This link is not indexed by search engines and is not publicly discoverable. Only people you share the link with can view your report.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
- Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy
- Render: Application hosting
- Cloudflare: DNS and CDN services
6. DATA RETENTION
We retain your project data and reports for as long as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
7. COOKIES
We do not use tracking cookies. Our site does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
